Long working relationships
We don't care about gigs nor temporary jobs. If you are looking for one, we will kindly direct you to one of our competent competitors. If you are looking for a permanent or long-term job, then you are in the right place - we recruit employees for permanent or long-term fixed-term employment.
The average duration of a rental employment relationship is 6-12 months, after which we often move to become employees of our customers. 60% of our leased employment relationships are permanent. The age range of our employees is 17-67 years.

As a whole, the recruitment process can take from one to three months. The part visible to the job seeker usually lasts between two and six weeks. We often invite applicants to an interview already during the application period, which can be used to speed up the process.
We usually get the first contact within 2-7 days of submitting the application. We try to make interview rounds and selection decisions as quickly as possible.

In the daily life of a temporary worker, the difference can be seen in the employer's obligations. We (ATA) take care of the employer's legal obligations, such as salary payment, insurance and the organization of occupational health care, while our customer, i.e. the user company, is responsible for job orientation, occupational safety issues and daily work management.

A temporary worker accrues vacation under the same conditions as in any employment relationship. In Finland, the annual leave law applies to employee holidays, which therefore also affects temporary employees.
If the rental employment relationship is very short, the employee does not have time to use the accrued vacations, so the vacations are then replaced with vacation compensation at the end of the employment relationship. A temporary employee is entitled to take the accrued vacation days in accordance with the provisions of the annual vacation act in longer-term employment relationships.
